Common questions

Why were the storefront checks skipped?

The audit can only read your storefront when it is public. If your store has a password enabled, the audit skips the structured data and robots.txt checks and tells you so on the results page. Remove the storefront password in your Online Store preferences, or run the audit on a published store.

Why did I see a message about running too many audits?

Each store can run one audit every 30 seconds and up to ten per day. Wait and try again.

Does the app change my store?

No. The app only reads product information and your public storefront. It does not edit products, themes or settings.

What data does the app keep?

Only a session record for your store. See the privacy policy for details.

How do I remove the app?

Uninstall it from Settings, then Apps and sales channels, in your Shopify admin. Uninstalling deletes the session record we hold for your store.
